Every so often, we are given the incredible honor of working with legacy brands. The Windsor Court, entering its 40th year as a leader of luxury hospitality in New Orleans, is one of our crown jewels. We started with brand strategy, re-establishing the foundation of the brand over the past four decades. Then a logo refresh, taking an iconic logomark and breathing new life into it. We used subtle design finesse to make the horse sturdier, and the knight proportioned, and turned the spear into a flag (shape of the Mississippi River!) representing the way the hotel stands proudly as a flag bearer for the beloved city. From there, signage, a custom website design, creative direction, and spreading this new branding (visual and strategy) throughout the hotel. Lastly, we created and trademarked the phrase "Long Live New Orleans". A nod to the British Roots but more so, a sound resolve in the resilience of New Orleans, and the value the city brings to our hearts and souls.
