The Role
You will be a mid-level designer on our small but mighty team of creatives. You will work directly with senior-level designers and our creative team to collaborate and create beautiful designs for our wide array of clients in the luxury lifestyle space. You will be creating visual identities (logo design) but also working on menu design, stationery design, web design, social graphic design, and print ad design, along with all the upkeep that these projects require on behalf of our clients. You will be communicating directly with clients, every week, via phone and email. You will be laughing and smiling, sometimes get stuck and need support, but will find all you seek in our safe space, together with our team!
The Location
Houston, TX (Hybrid Work Environment) You will be working full-time, 40 hours a week, with about 80% of your time at our offices in the Upper Kirby/River Oaks District.
Design Skills Required
- Minimum of 2 years agency experience. This means working in a creative agency environment, with direct experience working with multiple clients/brands at the same time.
- Logo Design. To fruition. You have worked directly with logo design for a real client, not just projects from school.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design
- Fluent in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Communication Skills Required: At Neiter Creative, we don’t just communicate; we engage, connect, and resonate. Your role goes beyond mere conversation; it’s about creating relationships.
