DTB (Down the Bayou)

DTB (Down the Bayou) is a restaurant concept in New Orleans founded by co-owners Jacob Naquin and Chef Carl Schaubhut. Neiter Creative was enlisted to create everything from DTB's logo design, branding guidelines, and website development  to menus, uniforms and signage. We wanted a very "Louisiana" look to the brand go with DTB's passion for creative modern takes on traditional Coastal Cajun cuisine. We partnered with Valerie Legras Atelier, the interior designer of the space, to ensure the interior decor, branding and signage were cohesive.
