DTB (Down the Bayou)
DTB (Down the Bayou) is a new restaurant concept in New Orleans founded by co-owners Jacob Naquin and Chef Carl Schaubhut. Neiter Creative was enlisted to create everything including DTB's logo design, branding guidelines, website development, menus and signage. We wanted to go with a playful design concept to go with DTB's creative modern Coastal Cajun cuisine and bold cocktail program. We partnered with Valerie Legras Atelier, the interior designer of the space, to ensure the interior decor, branding and signage were cohesive.
